Happy 2026! Here's a summary of some of last year's hits:
A&F. Neko. We have completed the work on an eco-friendly house in the mountains of Madrid. B. Bauhaus of the Seas Sails. Together with TBA21 Academy, we lead one of the six work packages of the European research project Bauhaus of the Seas Sails, within the framework of the New European Bauhaus. Within this project, we have coordinated, accompanied, and inspired seven teams of agents from different locations in Europe in their development of prototypes and designs for an ecological, inclusive, and local future within European coastal and riverine areas, as processes led from the field of culture. In addition, we have promoted events in Venice, Rotterdam, Barcelona, and Lisbon, such as “Making Waves” and “Wet Conversations,” in collaboration with 18 academic, cultural, artistic, and territorial partners.
C. Salivations. We participated in the exhibition “We the Bacteria. Notes Towards a Biotic Architecture,” curated by Beatriz Colomina and Mark Wigley. There we presented our latest research and work, “Salivations,” developed in partnership with Orkan Telhan. Part of the 24th Milan Triennial.
D&I. Infinito Delicias. We completed work on the Infinito Delicias building in collaboration with Husos Arquitecturas. The process began in 2018, with Husos and Elii responsible for the architectural design and urban and real estate research, and Ultrazul responsible for developing the economic model, management and social innovation, and real estate research. Promoted and financed by the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation.
E. MIPPA. We joined the teaching staff of the Master's Degree in Industrialization, Prototyping, and Architectural Design (MIPPA), where we explored the challenges of circular construction. We also taught in other master's programs (AAD, MASTERACC, MPAA, Master's in Collective Housing, Master's in Interior Architecture at UPM, etc.).
G. Internalities. We were part of the jury for the Open Call “Internalities,” for the Spanish Pavilion at the 19th Venice Architecture Biennale.
H. Lectures. We lectured in Turin, Delft, New York, Barcelona, Mexico City, Alicante, Murcia, Alcalá de Henares, and Madrid.
J. Columbia & UPM. We taught at ETSAM (UPM) and Columbia University (GSAPP).
K. Arquia/Thesis Award. Eva Gil Lopesino's phd “Contemporary Technological Devices: The Relationship Between Architecture and Computing from the Mid-20th Century to the Present” (ETSAM-UPM, 2023), advised by Federico Soriano Peláez, won the biennial architecture thesis competition, Iberian call for entries arquia/thesis 2025.
L. Ecological Contracts. We participated in “Water Parliaments: Projective Ecosocial Architectures,” the Catalonia pavilion at the 19th International Architecture Exhibition - La Biennale di Venezia (2025). Our contribution, “Wet Ecological Contracts,” was included in the book “100 Words for Water: A Vocabulary”. Curated by Eva Franch & Mireia Luzárraga and Alejandro Muiño.

¡Feliz 2026! Resumimos aquí algunos hits del pasado año:
A&F. Neko. Finalizamos la obra de una vivienda ecológica en la sierra de Madrid.
B. Bauhaus of the Seas Sails. Lideramos, de la mano de TBA21 Academy, uno de los seis paquetes de trabajo del proyecto europeo de investigación Bauhaus of the Seas Sails, en el marco de la New European Bauhaus. Dentro del mismo, hemos coordinado, acompañado e inspirado a siete equipos de agentes de diferentes localizaciones en Europa en su desarrollo de prototipos y diseños para un futuro ecológico, inclusivo y local dentro de las zonas costeras y rivereñas europeas, como procesos liderados desde el campo de la cultura. Además, hemos impulsado eventos en Venecia, Rotterdam, Barcelona o Lisboa, como "Making Waves" o "Wet Conversations", en colaboración con 18 socios académicos, culturales, artísticos y territoriales.
C. Salivations. Participamos en la exposición "We the Bacteria. Notes Towards a Biotic Architecture", comisariada por Beatriz Colomina y Mark Wigley. Allí presentamos nuestro último proyecto-investigación "Salivations" desarrollado junto a Orkan Telhan. Dentro de la 24 Trienal de Milán.
D&I. Infinito Delicias. Finalizamos la obra del edificio para Infinito Delicias junto a Husos Arquitecturas. Un proceso que arrancó en 2018, con Husos y Elii como responsables del proyecto arquitectónico e investigación urbanística e inmobiliaria y con Ultrazul, como responsables del desarrollo del modelo económico, de gestión e innovación social e investigación inmobiliaria. Impulsado y financiado por la Fundación Daniel y Nina Carasso.
E. MIPPA. Nos incorporamos al cuerpo docente del Máster en Industrialización, Prototipado y Proyecto Arquitectónico (MIPPA) donde exploramos los desafíos de la construcción circular. Aparte impartimos clase en otros másteres (AAD, MASTERACC, MPAA, Master Colective Housing, Master Arq Interiores UPM...).
G. Internalities. Formamos parte del jurado de la Open call "Internalities", Pabellón de España en la XIX Bienal de Arquitectura de Venecia 2025.
H. Conferencias. Impartimos conferencias en Turín, Delft, Nueva York, Mar del Plata, Barcelona, Ciudad de México, Alicante, Murcia, Alcalá de Henares y Madrid.
J. Columbia & UPM. Impartimos docencia en ETSAM (UPM) y Columbia University (GSAPP).
K. Premio Arquia/Tesis. La tesis de Eva Gil Lopesino "Dispositivos tecnológicos contemporáneos. De las relaciones entre arquitectura y computación desde mediados del S. XX hasta la actualidad" (ETSAM-UPM, 2023), dirigida por Federico Soriano Peláez obtuvo el primer premio del concurso bienal de tesis de arquitectura, convocatoria ibérica arquia/tesis 2025.
L. Ecological Contracts. Participamos en "Water Parliaments: Projective Ecosocial Architectures", el pabellón de Cataluña en la 19ª Exposición Internacional de Arquitectura - La Biennale di Venezia (2025).
