In its latest issue, No. 286, AV takes a look at a selection of projects from elii [architecture firm]’s work in past years. The projects are organized from the urban scale to the microbial scale, including the building scale. This project dossier includes, from largest to smallest scale: the MADxMAD project (in collaboration with Maral Kekejian and the Veranos de la Villa team), the Infinito Delicias buildings (in collaboration with Husos Arquitecturas) and Save the Children, two houses, Neko and House of Would, two renovations Didomestic and Oki apartments, and the installation Still Remains (in collaboration with Orkan Telhan).
"The mushrooms Anna Tsing studies demonstrate that life can thrive in the cracks of a world in crisis, and it is in a similar way that the practice is seen by Uriel Fogué, Eva Gil, and Carlos Palacios, whose Madrid studio imagines ecosystems more than containers, and in the face of the climate emergency it seeks compliance with what they call ‘ecological contracts’: that every construction detail have a minimal footprint and acknowledge the existence of more-than-human realities. Under this kaleidoscopic lens the trio tackles projects at all levels, arranged here by scale to show that any work – an urban festival, a house, or a display cabinet – can be home to a more balanced and empathic life."

En su último número 286, AV hace un recorrido por una selección de proyectos de la obra de los últimos años de elii [oficina de arquitectura]. Las obras se ordenan desde la escala urbana a la microbiana, pasando por la edificatoria. En este dosier de proyectos se incluyen, de mayor a menor escala, las obras de MADxMAD (junto a Maral Kekejian y el equipo de Veranos de la Villa), los edificios de Infinito Delicias (junto a Husos Arquitecturas) y Save The Children, las viviendas de Neko y House of Would, las reformas de Didomestic y Oki y la instalación de Still Remains (junto a Orkan Telhan).
