In this session, we will analyze several architectural projects that transform environments, neighborhoods, and cities through their function, architectural design, and value to society and the citizens who inhabit them, such as the recent project in Madrid's Delicias neighborhood: “Infinito Delicias,” a former industrial space converted into an urban hub of culture, gastronomy, and innovation, integrating work areas, creative residences, and community gardens into an open and participatory experience that connects the neighborhood, city, and citizens.
We will also have the participation of the Gutiérrez – de la Fuente studio, which will share several projects, both national and international. Among them is the case of the Realschule Kemnath (Germany), a particularly relevant example due to its holistic approach that integrates urban planning, landscape, and architecture.
The event will begin with a welcome drink for all attendees and will end with a cocktail party and show cooking where you can continue chatting with everyone.
The Afterwork sessions, organized and curated by MATCOAM, seek to create new spaces for reflection and knowledge around current issues in the architecture and construction sector, in a relaxed atmosphere where professional ties and contacts can be established.

En esta sesión analizaremos varios proyectos de arquitectura que consiguen transformar entornos, barrios y ciudades desde su función, concepción arquitectónica y valor para la sociedad y los ciudadanos que los habitan, como es el reciente proyecto en el barrio madrileño Delicias: «Infinito Delicias», un antiguo espacio industrial convertido en un hub urbano de cultura, gastronomía e innovación, integrando áreas de trabajo, residencias creativas y huertos comunitarios en una experiencia abierta y participativa que conecta barrio, ciudad y ciudadanía.
También contaremos con la participación del estudio Gutiérrez – de la Fuente, que compartirá varios proyectos, tanto nacionales como internacionales. Entre ellos destaca el caso de la Realschule Kemnath (Alemania), un ejemplo especialmente relevante por su enfoque holístico que integra urbanismo, paisaje y arquitectura.
El evento comenzará con una copa de bienvenida para todos los asistentes y finalizará con un cóctel y showcooking donde poder seguir charlando con todos los asistentes.
Las sesiones Afterwork, organizadas y comisariadas por MATCOAM, buscan crear nuevos espacios de reflexión y conocimiento alrededor de temas de actualidad para el sector de la arquitectura y la edificación, en un ambiente distendido donde establecer lazos y contactos profesionales.
