Theoretical-practical laboratory on architectural imaginaries, artifacts and devices around water. It is a space for speculation and critical thinking that sees imagination as a necessary tool in the configuration of new worlds.
What role does water play in our construction of spaces and fictions?
Through lectures, creative exercises and discussion, the workshop proposes an investigation on the relationship between water and the domestic and urban environment. It takes as references visionary architectures of the twentieth century, machines and inventions of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries and ancient water technologies.
It seeks to imagine new relationships between architecture, city, body, machine and water, seeking to expand the limits of concrete spaces. The imaginaries open and create conversations around our time. We will not talk about big acts, or massive solutions, but about discursive imaginaries.

Laboratorio teórico-práctico sobre imaginarios arquitectónicos, artefactos y dispositivos en torno al agua. Es un espacio para la especulación y el pensamiento crítico que ve a la imaginación como herramienta necesaria en la configuración de nuevos mundos.
¿Qué papel juega el agua en nuestra construcción de espacios y ficciones?
A través de conferencias, ejercicios creativos y discusión, el taller propone una investigación sobre la relación entre el agua y el entorno doméstico y urbano. Toma como referencia arquitecturas visionarias del siglo XX, máquinas e invenciones de los siglos XVIII - XIX y tecnologías ancestrales del agua.
Se busca imaginar nuevas relaciones entre arquitectura, ciudad, cuerpo, máquina y agua, buscando expandir los límites de los espacios concretos. Los imaginarios abren y crean conversaciones alrededor de nuestro tiempo. No hablaremos de actos grandes, o soluciones masivas, sino de imaginarios discursivos.
