"Where Do Gardens Come From?" es una colaboración de elii con Orkan Telhan y es una continuación de nuestro trabajo "Microbial Fruits of Istanbul" para la 5ª Bienal de Diseño de Estambul, titulada "Empathy Revisited".

Este videoensayo se centra especialmente en la región de Langa/Yenikapi, en Estambul, y reflexiona sobre la compleja historia de la tierra, moldeada por dinámicas sociales, políticas y ecológicas humanas.

The teaser of the video "Where Do Gardens Come From?" is now available on our Youtube channel. "Where Do Gardens Come From?" is a collaboration with Orkan Telhan and is a continuation of our work for the for the 5th Istanbul Design Biennial: Empathy Revisited entitled "Microbial Fruits of Istanbul".

This video essay particularly focuses on Langa/Yenikapi region in Istanbul and reflects on the complex history of the land shaped by manly social, political, and ecological dynamics.
