The teaser of the video "Where Do Gardens Come From?" is now available on our Youtube channel. "Where Do Gardens Come From?" is a collaboration with Orkan Telhan and is a continuation of our work for the for the 5th Istanbul Design Biennial: Empathy Revisited entitled "Microbial Fruits of Istanbul". This video essay particularly focuses on Langa/Yenikapi region in Istanbul and reflects on the complex history of the land shaped by manly social, political, and ecological dynamics. The full video is 16 mins. Videography and soundtrack is designed by Austin Fisher. This model that was included in the exhibition 'Home Stories 100 Years, 20 Visionary Interiors', which took place at the Vitra Design Museum, Weil am Rhein (2020).
